i have a buyer to whom i am direct who is interested in purchasing multifamily properties in brooklyn or queens n.y.

he also has partners who will also purchase. he is looking for distressed assets, not interested in market value deals. he is interested in off market deals. properties that haven't been shopped around. 2-4 family residential, reo, approved short-sales, distressed properties that need rehabbing etc. not interested in condos, co-op's or rental properties. anywhere in brooklyn or queens is okay with him. he can also do sfr on long island. any price range, any condition. in brooklyn or queens he typically purchases 2-4 family residential, but can also do 5-10-20-30 + unit apartment buildings as well. if he does not purchase it, one of his associates will. he has personal relationships with several high net worth individuals that are in the business of acquiring larger properties as well. as soon as he gets contracts and all title issues are resolved, he can close right away all cash. he may have someone for the bronx but it has to be a very good deal and it has to be multifamily residential only. they also need access to the property so please send me only what you have control over. he also buys non performing notes as well.
