We are offering heatless regenerative compressed air dryer.appl has over 30 years experience in designing and manufacturing twintower desiccant air dryers. Our heatless, pressure swing adsorptive dryers are designed for optimum performance and ease of maintenance. Our designs give major consideration to the long term maintenance requirements or lack of maintenance required for the end users of our dryers. Only the best quality components are used such as stainless steel body solenoid valves on our 3 and 4 valves switching systems, and poppet-style valves inlet switching and purge exhaust valves on our standard models up to 850 cfm, which carry a 3 year warranty. Our heatless dryers are designed for up-flow drying with conservative air flow velocity designs. Up-flow drying prevents bed fluidizing when down-flow purge tower depressurization and purging takes place. Control functions are performed by a commercially available pre-programmed microprocessor. Although we carry a complete stock of replacement components, we do not use proprietary components to ensure our customers are captive to a single source of supply, which can be a major consideration for users who are in geographical remote locations. Our towers are manufactured to asme code standards, and our piping and fittings comply with major recognized north american pressure fitting standards. Our heatless dryers are available for flows up to 3800 cfm @ 100 psig. Standard models are rated to 150 psig, but optional construction is available for pressures up to 1200 psig.
