Toxoplasma IgGIgM Rapid test is a solid phase immunochromatographic assay for the rapid, qualitative and differential detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in human serum or plasma. This test provides only a preliminary test result. Toxoplasma IgGIgM test device has 3 pre-coated lines, G (Toxoplasma IgG Test Line), M (Toxoplasma IgM Test Line) and C (Control Line) on the surface of the membrane. All three lines in result window are not visible before applying any samples. The Control Line is used for procedural control. Control line should always appear if the test procedure is performed properly and the test reagents of control line are working. A purple G and M lines will be visible in the result window if there are enough IgG andor IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma in the sample. If IgG andor IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma are not present in the sample, there is no color appearance in G andor M.

The One Step HAV IgGIgM Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies (IgG and IgM) to Hepatitis A Virus (HAV) in serum or plasma to aid in the diagnosis of Hepatitis A Virus. The test device consists of: 1) a burgundy colored conjugate pad containing HAV recombinant envelope antigens conjugated with Colloid gold (HAV conjugates) and rabbit IgG-gold conjugates, 2) a nitrocellulose membrane strip containing two test bands (T1 and T2 bands) and a control band (C band). The T1 band is pre-coated with the antibody for the detection of IgM anti-HAV, T2 band is coated with antibody for the detection of IgG anti-HAV, and the C band is pre-coated with goat anti rabbit IgG. When an adequate volume of test specimen is dispensed into the sample well of the test cassette, the specimen migrates by capillary action across the cassette. IgG anti-HAV, if present in the specimen, will bind to the HAV conjugates. The immunocomplex is then captured by the reagent pre-coated on the T2 band, forming a burgundy colored T2 band, indicating a HAV IgG positive test result and suggesting a recent or repeat infection. IgM anti-HAV if present in the specimen will bind to the HAV conjugates. The immunocomplex is then captured by the reagent coated on the T1 band, forming a burgundy colored T1 band, indicating a HAV IgM positive test result and suggesting a fresh infection. Absence of any T bands (T1 and T2) suggests a negative result. The test contains an internal control (C band) which should exhibit a burgundy colored band of the immunocomplex of goat anti rabbit IgGrabbit IgG-gold conjugate regardless of the color development on any of the T bands. Otherwise, the test result is invalid and the specimen must be retested with another device

The One Step H.pylori Ag Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of H.pylori antigen in feces. In this test procedure, H.pylori antibody is immobilized in the test line region of the device. After an adequate volume of test specimen is placed in the specimen well, it reacts with H.pylori antibody coated particles that have been applied to the specimen pad. This mixture migrates chromatographically along the length of the test strip and interacts with the immobilized H.pyloriantibody. If the specimen contains H.pylori antigen, a colored line will appear in the test line region indicating a positive result. If the specimen does not contain H.pylori antigen, a colored line will not appear in this region indicating a negative result. To serve as a procedural control, a colored line will always appear at the control line region indicating that proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred

The HIV 12 Tri-line Human Immunodeficiency Virus Rapid Test Device (Whole BloodSerumPlasma) is a qualitative, membrane based immunoassay for the detection of antibodies to HIV-1, HIV-2 in whole blood, serum or plasma. The membrane is pre-coated with recombinant HIV antigens in the test line regions, T1 and T2. The T1 test line is pre-coated with HIV-1 antigen and the T2 test line is pre-coated with HIV-2 antigen. During testing, the whole blood, serum or plasma specimen reacts with the mixture of HIV-1 envelope and core antigens and HIV-2 envelope antigen that are coated on colored particles in the test strip. The mixture then migrates upward on the membrane chromatographically by capillary action and reacts with recombinant HIV antigen on the membrane in the test line region. If the specimen contains antibodies to HIV-1 or HIV-2, one colored line will appear in the test line region; if the specimen contains antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2, two colored lines will appear in the test line region. Both indicate a positive result. If the specimen does not contain HIV-1 andor HIV-2 antibodies, no colored line will appear in the test line region indicating a negative result. To serve as a procedural control, a colored line will always appear in the control line region indicating that proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.
