Frequency Converters to deliver 115 or 220 VAC
Analytic Systems' Single and 3-Phase Sine-Wave Converters deliver output power ranging from 250 VA to 5000 VA.

Our Frequency Converters also generate nominal output voltages of 115 VAC or 220 VAC, at frequencies of 50, 60 or 400 Hz. A broad range of input voltages are available.

Rugged and Reliable: Power Supplies from Analytic Systems
Analytic Systems' Power Supplies use switch-mode technology with powerful IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor) switching transistors, ensuring reliability and efficiency at minimal size. In addition, our Power Supplies feature:

- Circuit innovations to reduce 'output ripple' to levels previously available only from bulky and inefficient linear power supplies

- Reliability features including an input fuse, thermal shutdown, current limiting and output short circuit protection with automatic recovery

- An output over-voltage crowbar circuit to protect any powered devices from excessive voltage should the unit fail

- Single-board PWS Series for ultra-quiet, and the latest generation of current mode PWM control; also features a four-contact output terminal (two positive, two negative) for easy connection of devices

-Extra features including adjustable output voltage, over-temperature, overload and output on.

Our Power Supplies provide 12, 24 or 48 volts DC at power levels from 300 to 1250 watts from a 110 or 220 VAC source. Custom output voltages are available in all series to meet your needs.

Analytic Systems has been producing Pure Sinewave Inverters since 1994. Originally designed for running navigation computers on commercial and fishing vessels, the line has evolved into a range of models with power outputs from 300 to 3600 watts featuring Digital Signal Processor control. High power MosFet technology creates a low voltage Sinewave that is fed into a compact toroidal step-up transformer to produce a very clean low EMI AC output. Northrup Grumman evaluated inverters from all major manufacturers and chose the IPSi series by Analytic Systems for their Army portable command centers for precisely this reason.

Battery voltages of 12, 24, 32, 36, 48, 72 and 125 volts DC are supported, although the SPSi2400 and SPSi3600 are not available for 12 volts DC In (currents are too high) and the SPS300 does not support 125 volts DC In.

All models are available in a standard shelf mount industrial form factor and also in a more rugged MS configuration featuring military connectors for both DC In and AC Out connections along with extra ruggedization and wide temperature operation.

Using the free to download 'Power Wizard' software, the user can select output frequency, output voltage (within +/- 10 percent of the standard voltage), output frequency (50 or 60 Hz) and low voltage shutdown parameters (to match the battery voltage) from any laptop through the standard micro-usb interface.

Safety features include current limiting, short circuit protection, inrush protection (during connection to the DC source), over-temperature de-rating and shutdown and low input voltage warning and shutdown. Most models offer an Off-Line UPS options that allows external AC to be routed through the inverter for high power UPS function if the external AC fails.

We currently offer two series that are sealed to IP66 standards, the 300 watt IPS300MW and the 3000 watt IPSi3000MW.

Dc battery chargers
step-up & step-down dc source chargers and equalizers
these units provide up to 600 watts to charge a 12v or 24 v battery systems from a 12, 24, 32 or 36 volt source. The single-board incorporates switch mode technology for unmatched efficiency and ultra-quiet operation. Multiple stages of filtering reduce radiated or conducted noise to very low levels. All series are capable of charging up to two independent banks of batteries.

High-voltage isolated dc source chargers
these isolated dc units charge 12, 24 or 48 volt batteries from a 72, 110, 220 or 300 vdc power source - and battery voltages up to 650 volts are also available
extra input and output filtering reduces emi to extremely low levels
reliability features include: an input fuse, thermal shutdown, current limiting, reverse battery hookup protection, output short circuit shutdown with automatic recovery, and an equalizing charging cycle.
the output voltage is easily adjusted 0.5 volts above or below the standard output voltage to accommodate special charging requirements.

Ac input battery chargers
these units use the latest current mode pwm controller ic technology and represent the culmination of years of development effort. Features include:
precision output voltages control, output short circuit protection, 2 or 3 stages charging topology, visual and audible indicators for input under voltage and over-temperature.
extra filtering on the inputs and outputs reduce emi to the lowest possible levels (reduces interference with other devices)

our ac chargers are available as two-stage or two and three-stage chargers capable of charging one or two banks of 12, 16, 24, 28, 32, 36, 48 or other voltage battery banks up to 48 volts, and are designed to quickly charge and condition batteries.

Solarmax mppt solar charge controller
whether you produce electricity from wind turbines, solar panels or small scale hydro electric systems, the power needs to be stored in battery banks without wasting a watt.
Analytic systems patented mppt charge controllers handle open circuit input voltages to 200 volts and pump out up to 100 amps into battery banks up to 48 vdc. A full line of high efficiency dc-ac inverters and dc-dc voltage converters up to 3000 watts output allow the stored energy to be used for any desired purpose. Aluminum enclosures, stainless fasteners, conformal coated circuit boards and conservative components ensure long life and reliability.
